Welcome to AeroHosting! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AeroHosting’s game hosting services. By signing up, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AeroHosting services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or terms we provide. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2. Modifications to Terms

AeroHosting reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Services Provided

AeroHosting provides game server hosting services for Minecraft, FiveM, Rust, and other games we may add in the future. Our services allow you to rent and manage a server for your chosen game. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue our services at any time.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal Activities: Hosting or facilitating any illegal content or activities.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassment, abuse, or harm to any individuals or groups.
• Malware: Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Resource Abuse: Excessive use of server resources beyond intended limits.
• Violation of Game Developer Policies: Violating any game developer’s terms of service or policies for games hosted on our platform.

6. Billing, Payment, and Refunds

• All prices are listed in USD (or your local currency, if applicable) and may be subject to change.
• Payments must be made through the payment methods we accept, and your account must have a valid payment method on file.
• Refunds may be issued only within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not violated any terms of this agreement.
• Auto-renewal is based on the billing cycle you selected (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually).
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Accounts initiating chargebacks will be terminated immediately.

7. Prohibited Software

You must not use or upload cracked, pirated, or unauthorized plugins to any server hosted on AeroHosting. Use of such plugins is strictly prohibited.

Immediate Termination: If we detect any cracked plugins on your server, AeroHosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to the use of cracked plugins.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time to prevent renewal for the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not exempt you from payment obligations for the current billing period. Exceptional refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Liability and Indemnification

AeroHosting is not liable for:

• Loss of data or server downtime due to your actions, third-party services, or unforeseen technical issues.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Non-Cancellation Clause

By selecting a billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually), you commit to paying for the entire duration of that cycle. Partial refunds will not be provided for unused time within an active billing cycle.
